Declan did some work travel to Nova Scotia and Denver.
The Access 2004 conference was held in Halifax, New Scotland this year. Here’s a view from my hotel room:

In the calculation, five factors have to be assessed: urgency (U), complexity (C), importance (I), skill (S) and frequency (F), and each given a score between one and nine. A sixth, aggravation (A), was set at 0.7 by the experts after their poll.
“So, if you haven’t got the skill to do something important, leave it alone. If something is urgent or complex, find a simple way to do it. If something going wrong will particularly aggravate you, make certain you know how to do it.”

I’ve been playing a lot with Firefox, and this extension is really neat:
It’s kinda like hobo chalking for the web. Note that it uses a central server to store content. Some sort of local server would be more secure and let people limit who sees what.
Sage is a blog reader that I’ve replaced SharpReader with.
